Luminous gold glass over polished copper, with colorful red accents, my original art brooch will add a spark to your lapel, scarf, collar, hat, bag...pin it where you like it!

This art accessory was formed from hand cut and shaped copper and coated with many layers of vitreous enamel under high heat in a kiln. My experimental enamels incorporate opaque and translucent areas and the more transparent parts reveal polished metallic surfaces underneath which reflect light and surroundings. A complex organic pattern of red, brown & opalescent glass overlays a polished metal surface.

A stainless steel safety clasp pin has been epoxied to the back.

Pin measures about 2 1/4” (58 mm) long and about 1” (25 mm) wide at the widest. Presented in my signature box & ready to gift.

✅Glass or Vitreous enamels are bonded to the copper in a kiln at temperatures between 1450F-1500F for a permanent durable finished material that will not fade, bleed or change. As illustrated above, a steel pin is epoxied to the back & includes a safety clasp.
