Orange & Yellow Flowers Copper Earrings, Handmade Enamel Earrings with Bright Flowers, Enamel Jewelry, Original Gift for Her, Ready to Ship

Colorful original earrings are joyful with a translucent amber background & a collection of flowers in shades of orange and yellow. Sunny colors that would make a very special gift for her. Each earring is a small detailed artwork all done one by one by me in my studio.

Powdered glass, crumbs and pieces are manipulated on copper shapes and put into a kiln multiple times, each fired to between 1400F and 1450F. Each layer of glass melts and bonds with the metals for a beautiful durable, permanent finish. I call this “painting with glass crumbs” and have worked to refine my personal style in enamels since 2015.

My handmade oxidized sterling ear wires are a dark gray to coordinate with my enamels. Total earring length from the top of earwire is just over 1 5/8” (40mmm) and the measure 7/8” (22 mm) in width. The backs of the little "glass paintings on copper" are counter-enameled with a coordinated color enamel.
