Enamel Pendant and Earring Set, Enameled Jewelry, Blue and Green Earrings and Copper Pendant On Long Beaded Chain, Flower Garden Design

As fresh as Spring, this enameled jewelry set features a medley of blues and greens. On trend long beaded chain features bead colors inspired by the flower theme.

A bar pendant, about 2” (48 mm) wide and 1” tall (24 mm) on a coordinated long beaded chain (26”). Faceted Peridot green glass and blue beads echo colors from enamels. Handmade dangle earrings, on oxidized sterling silver ear wires, are just over 1 3/8” (35 mm) long and the measure 3/4” (19 mm) in width.

Powdered glass, crumbs and pieces are manipulated on copper shapes and put into a kiln multiple times, then fired to between 1400F and 1450F. Each layer of glass melts and bonds with the metals for a beautiful durable, permanent finish. I call this “painting with glass crumbs” and have worked to refine my personal style in enamels since 2015.

The backs of all of my little "glass paintings on copper" are counter-enameled with glass enamel and are solid colors.
