Mossy Green Crystal Hoops, Fern Green Earrings, Crystal Wrapped Hoops with Mixed Metals

Soft fern green crystals wrapped to hoops with mixed metals. Oval hoops are dark gray oxidized sterling silver wrapped with bright copper wire. The textile effect, achieved with contrasting metals, is a new look I'm using on some of my pieces to coordinate them with the textile and fiber basis of many of my bracelets and necklaces. Moss green, cedar green, sage green, fern green...so many names for these earthier, softer greens.

The tiny 3mm Swarovski crystals will add a touch of sparkle to your ear lobes and this rich neutral color complements many suits, sweaters and other outfits for business and for fun. The high contrast of the different metals in color and surface add an edgier element to the design.

Wire wrapped with fine coated copper wire to sturdy sterling silver oval hoops, these are self closing earrings. They are my unique design and are fun to wear as they are just a bit flashy, but very classy and even classic. They could be the perfect as gifts because they can be worn year round, for work or play, whenever a touch of warm sparkle is needed.

The oval hoops measure 1 1/4" long from the top of the earwire and about 7/8" wide at their widest. They slip through the piercing and then latch into a small drilled hole in the back of the earring. The small, 3mm crystals are made by Swarovski, a leading producer of fine cut crystals from Austria.
