Copper Enamel Leaf Art Brooch, Artisan Jewelry in Vitreous Enamel, Gold Pink Lavender Brooch, Dotted Lapel Pin, Ready to Mail, Gift for Her

A long leaf or feather enameled copper shaped brooch with softly pastel colors including gold lavender and rose pink. This original pin was formed from hand cut and shaped copper and coated with many layers vitreous enamel under high heat in a kiln. My experimental enamels incorporate opaque and translucent areas and the more transparent parts reveal reflective metal surfaces underneath.

This lapel pin is one of a kind. Part of my current "Flora Designs" series that I started in 2015 by WillOaks Studio which is still ongoing. It is a piece of art jewelry inspired by nature.

Pin measures about 3" long and about 1" wide at the widest. Presented in my signature box & ready to gift.

Glass or Vitreous enamels are bonded to the copper in a kiln at temperatures between 1450F-1500F for a permanent durable finished material that will not fade, bleed or change. As illustrated above, a steel pin is epoxied to the back & includes a safety clasp.
