Autumn Celebration Impressionist Landscape Necklace, Warm Bright Colors, Original Enameled Art Pendant, Amber and Tundra Sapphire Accents

Part of an series of original vitreous enameled pieces, created to become impressionist pendants, with inspiration that was color drenched landscapes of a Midwest Fall, created in 2015 with copper enameling. Colorful, warm and bright, a link of warm amber and faceted "tundra sapphires" was added to the oxidized silver chain.

Permanent, durable vitreous enamel features multiple layers of glass & multiple firings in a kiln to develop my imagery. Oval pendant is 1 1/8" tall and just under 1" wide, and is enameled front & back.

Hangs from an oxidized sterling silver bail on an 18" oxidized silver-filled rolo chain. (See silver-filled definition below.)* The chain was designed to be worn as short as 15.5" up to 18" and in between.
