A rich teal blue bib created with a cluster of freshwater pearls makes a big statement in my original handmade necklace worn for business, casual or formal wear. A charcoal gray silk ribbon allows adjustments to your perfect wearing length for different necklines and different looks.
Four individual strands of pearls are each topped with graduated sterling silver beads that all link to a 10 mm pearl, then to silver plated steel oval hoops. Measured from hoop to hoop, the cluster is just over 10" long and drops about 1 1/4" in the front. A 37" artisan dyed and handmade silk ribbon slips through the two hoops to tie at the best length for your outfit and preferences.
The hoops also allows for the exchange of ribbon used to tie the necklace on. If you prefer a another color instead of the charcoal shown here, drop me a note and I can tell you what choices are in stock. Otherwise, you can get a number of different ribbons here on Etsy and even wider commercial stock from fabric stores that can change the look of the bib.
The dyed freshwater pearls, shades of bright teal blue, are each about 8 x 6 mm, have wonderful organic rice shapes, and are top drilled which all contribute to this organic texture. Over 32" of pearls, as measured on strands as purchased, are used to make this original statement bib. You can find matching earrings: color "teal", here https://www.etsy.com/listing/116765105/bright-holiday-pearl-drop-earrings

Pearls have been worn and prized for their beauty since prehistory. They are the birthstone for June and one of my very favorite materials to use again and again. Please check out other original necklaces that incorporate pearls https://www.etsy.com/shop/WillOaksStudio?section_id=7631294
